Our Rustic Almond Biscotti are made entirely from scratch using an authentic Italian formula loaded with whole almonds — nearly a quarter of the entire formula by weight. You see them in every slice. You taste them in every bite. Each piece is twice baked the traditional way — shaped into logs, baked once to set the structure, machine sliced, and returned to the oven until every piece reaches that deep golden color and satisfying snap that only real biscotti can deliver.
