How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are baked fresh after they're placed, so delivery timing depends on when your order comes in. Here's our current schedule for Zone 2 areas (Illinois, Indiana, and parts of Wisconsin and Michigan):

Order by Sunday — we bake that night, ship Monday, arrives Wednesday.
Order by Monday — we bake that night, ship Tuesday, arrives Thursday.
Order by Tuesday (2pm cutoff) — we bake that night, ship Wednesday, arrives Friday.
Order by Wednesday — we bake that night, ship Thursday via Ground, arrives Friday.

Overnight shipping is available on any of these days for an additional rate if you need your order sooner.

Are your products baked to order?

Yes. Every order is baked fresh after it's placed, not pulled from pre-made inventory. Orders placed after our 2pm cutoff move to the next baking day to ensure everything ships fresh.

What is the shelf life of your baked goods?

Our scratch-made cookies, scones, and muffins are best enjoyed within 5 to 7 days of arrival when stored in an airtight container at room temperature. For longer storage, all items freeze well for up to 3 months.

Do you offer gluten-free and vegan options?

Yes, we offer both gluten-free and vegan options, made with the same scratch-made quality as the rest of our menu.

How are orders packaged for shipping?

Orders are individually wrapped and carefully packed to arrive fresh, with FedEx Express 2-Day shipping used to ensure quality on arrival.

Can I send a gift box with a personalized message?

Yes. If you're sending an order as a gift, simply leave your personalized message in the Cart Note field at checkout and we'll include it with your order.
