I never expect mail-order pastries to live up to my imagination but Poppies’ scones are fabulous. We heat them up to crisp up the exterior and the dough itself— often the same regardless of the add-ons— is deliciously custom-flavored. There isn’t a single flavor that we don’t love, but the chocolate chip is soooo good!
